Data Policy

This Data Policy describes public data-use boundaries for Liquidity Dynamics Research Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("LDRG"). It applies to this public website and general business-intake context.

Market Data And Provider Data

Exchange, venue, broker, FCM, platform, and market-data provider data may be subject to contracts, licenses, fees, redistribution rules, display rules, non-display rules, derived-data rules, storage rules, audit rights, and usage restrictions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights, permissions, and licenses required for any data they provide, connect, process, store, display, derive from, or use with LDRG products or workflows.

Public Website Examples

Public examples, sample records, sample API payloads, research tables, screenshots, and demonstrations may be fictional, simulated, delayed, simplified, or incomplete. They should not be treated as live market data, provider data, trading instructions, or verified research records.

Derived Research

LDRG research may involve derived observations, classifications, signatures, anomaly candidates, scores, metadata, labels, and validation outputs. Any future commercial use of derived data will need to respect applicable provider, exchange, contractual, and legal requirements.

Data Quality

Order-flow and market microstructure research is sensitive to data quality, timestamps, sequence integrity, event definitions, symbol mapping, contract roll logic, book reconstruction, provider normalization, and missing or corrected records. Data-quality problems can affect research conclusions and model outputs.

Confidential And Restricted Data

Do not send private datasets, provider files, broker statements, account identifiers, exchange credentials, API keys, non-public client information, or confidential trading records through public email or public website channels. Any exchange of restricted data should occur only under appropriate written agreements, secure transfer methods, and verified permissions.

Client And Partner Data

Future client, partner, API, SDK, dashboard, terminal, research, or data-processing relationships may require separate written agreements describing data ownership, permitted use, confidentiality, security, retention, deletion, audit, licensing, and compliance responsibilities.

Retention And Deletion

LDRG may retain data and records as reasonably necessary for research validation, business operations, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and contractual obligations. Specific retention or deletion commitments should be handled in a written agreement where required.
