These disclosures apply to public materials made available by Liquidity Dynamics Research Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("LDRG," "we," "us," or "our"). They explain important boundaries between research, software, data, intelligence records, user-directed workflow tools, and regulated financial services.

Research And Software Company

LDRG studies liquidity behavior, order flow, market microstructure, candidate signatures, anomaly candidates, and probability-based market reactions. LDRG may develop research materials, APIs, SDKs, model outputs, documentation, visualizers, dashboards, and terminal-related workflows.

LDRG positions these materials and technology surfaces as research and software infrastructure. API records, ORLOS model outputs, OFTT workflows, and SWTW research environments are not account-specific directives or discretionary trading services.

Public descriptions of ORLOS, OFTT, SWTW, API access, terminals, visualizers, or research workflows are informational and may change as products, agreements, and technical boundaries mature.

No Investment Or Trading Advice

Public LDRG materials do not provide personalized investment advice, trading advice, commodity trading advice, securities advice, account recommendations, tax advice, legal advice, or compliance advice. Nothing on the public website should be interpreted as an instruction to buy, sell, hold, avoid, enter, exit, size, hedge, or trade any instrument.

Public LDRG materials are not tailored to any customer's account, positions, margin, risk tolerance, objectives, or trading activity. Users and clients remain responsible for independent evaluation and for any decision to use research or technology in their own systems.

No Broker, FCM, Clearing, Or Account Role

LDRG does not open, carry, approve, margin, clear, custody, manage, or supervise client trading accounts through this public website. LDRG does not act as a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, clearing firm, exchange, custodian, or market-data provider unless a future written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Users are responsible for their own broker, FCM, clearing, exchange, data-feed, platform, permission, and account relationships.

No Performance Representation

Research examples, sample records, public signature examples, simulated data, backtest descriptions, model discussions, methodology notes, and platform previews are not live performance, audited results, trading records, or guarantees of future results.

Past observations, simulated behavior, historical testing, or probability estimates may fail in future market conditions.

Sample, Simulated, And Example Data

Public sample records, example API payloads, sample signatures, screenshots, tables, and demonstrations may be fictional, simulated, simplified, delayed, incomplete, or designed only to show structure. They should not be treated as live market data, active trade calls, recommendations, or verified research records.

Client-Controlled Use

Any future API output, model output, SDK integration, terminal workflow, alert, visualizer, or automation-capable software is a tool. Users remain responsible for configuration, permissions, testing, risk limits, account settings, data rights, execution decisions, regulatory obligations, and downstream use. LDRG does not direct the user's trades through public materials.

Conflicts And Commercial Interests

LDRG may have commercial interests in research products, APIs, software, subscriptions, licensing, partnerships, proprietary research, internal trading research, or related business activities. Public materials should be read with that context.

These disclosures may be updated as LDRG products, services, agreements, regulatory posture, or public materials evolve.
