No Brokerage Or Account Services

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, LDRG does not open, carry, approve, margin, clear, manage, or supervise trading accounts. LDRG does not act as a broker, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, clearing firm, custodian, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary through this public website.

Any broker, introducing broker, FCM, clearing, market-data, exchange, or execution relationship remains directly between the user and the applicable regulated or licensed provider.

The website, text, structure, designs, names, marks, research descriptions, examples, and other public materials are owned by LDRG or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to view public materials as described in these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The website may reference third-party exchanges, data providers, brokers, FCMs, platforms, research sources, or websites. LDRG does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, rules, availability, security, fees, licenses, or obligations.
